Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

It is a site specifically for ARMYs to support BTS and have fun. You can track BTS music, complete daily and album missions, play fun BTS-themed games, manage and complete your tasklist, join discussions in forums, and collect rewards in the form of digital photocards.

We are not affiliated with BTS, BigHit, or HYBE.

Not everything resets at the same time, and this is the single most common source of confusion on the site:

  • Daily Missions, Album Missions and Team Missions reset at midnight UTC (9AM KST).
  • Games (Heardle, Film Out, Blue & Grey, So 4 More) reset at midnight KST.
  • Magic Shop redraws reset at midnight KST.
  • Telepathy Room swipes and Trade Finder searches reset at midnight UTC.

Always sync manually before the mission reset (midnight UTC / 9AM KST). Auto-sync is a convenience, not a guarantee.

On a normal day you can earn:

  • 1 per Daily Mission level (Levels 1–3)
  • 1 per Album Mission completed, and you can fill up to 12 album slots per day
  • 1 from the Team Mission, if you completed at least 7 daily missions and ARMY reached the goal
  • 1 from each of the 4 games (Heardle, Film Out, Blue & Grey, So 4 More)
  • 1 from completing your #TGLIWBTS tasklist for the day
  • Up to 7 Magic Shop redraws: these spend your duplicates, they aren't free cards
  • Special Mission milestone draws, which are not capped per day

On top of that: referral rewards, event rewards and trades.

Track & Stream Guides

You can track 4 things:

  1. Spotify Charts: Go to b-cd.app/spotify to view BTS and members' positions on Spotify's official charts. To follow a specific country chart, visit b-cd.app/profile/spotify-charts and click "Follow Chart."
  2. Album Streams: Go to b-cd.app/spotify-streams, search for any BTS or member album, and view detailed stream history. Click "Follow Album" to track them directly from your profile.
  3. Song Streams: Go to b-cd.app/spotify-streams/track, search for any BTS or member song, and view detailed stream history and milestone progress. Click "Follow Track" to track them directly from your profile.
  4. Artist Streams: Go to b-cd.app/spotify-streams/artist to see total streams of BTS songs and each member.
Open Spotify tracking

Go to b-cd.app/youtube, search for any BTS or member release, and you'll be able to see hourly and daily view updates. Click the heart icon to track them directly from your profile.

Open YouTube tracking

Go to b-cd.app/itunes to check how BTS and member songs are charting on iTunes in different countries.

Open iTunes charts

Go to b-cd.app/apple-music to check BTS and member rankings on the Apple Music Daily Charts by region.

Syncing

Though we have auto-sync in place, we recommend pressing the Sync button regularly while streaming, every 2–3 hours, and always once more before the mission reset. Auto-sync is rate limited and is not a guarantee.

If you're using Stats.fm please sync much more frequently, as we can only pull a maximum of 50 streams per sync.

Open the Daily Missions page, stream 2–3 songs and attempt to sync there. This should fix the issue.

Open the Album Missions page, stream 2–3 songs and attempt to sync there. This should fix the issue.

Changing or unlinking your tracking service wipes that day's mission progress: the site re-reads your history from the new source, and anything synced earlier that day is replaced.

What is not lost: your photocards, your days completed, and your streak. Only the current day's progress goes.

If you must switch, do it right after reset before you stream anything that day, or finish Level 1 and Level 2 and claim those photocards first.

Make sure your Last.fm / Stats.fm / Musicat username is correct, and that your profile and scrobbles are public.

  • Last.fm: Settings → Privacy, turn off "Hide recent listening information," then click Sync on your profile.
  • Stats.fm: Settings → Account & Privacy → Privacy Settings, turn on "Currently Playing", "Recently Played" and "Streams".
  • Stats.fm only exposes a short history, so we can pull a maximum of 50 streams per sync, so sync manually and often, especially before reset.
  • Musicat: set your streaming history to public in the Musicat app settings.

If it still doesn't update, keep streaming and wait a few hours, as there is sometimes a sync delay. If it persists, report it in the ISSUES category.

Please listen to a few songs within 30 minutes and then try to click Sync again.

If it keeps failing during peak hours it's usually site load. Clear your cache, try Incognito or another browser, and come back a little later.

Check the Website tab in your Last.fm settings and make sure "Do not apply corrections to your scrobbles" is selected, then Save Changes.

Double scrobbles can also come from having two streaming platforms connected to the same Last.fm account, or from a flaky connection. If Last.fm itself shows the song once but B-CD shows it twice, report it in the ISSUES category.

This is almost always how the track was scrobbled, not the mission.

  • Remixes and alternate versions don't count for Daily or Album Missions: only the listed version does. (Remixes credited to BTS do count toward Special Mission stream totals.)
  • If you use a browser extension like Web Scrobbler, song titles with numbers or symbols (D-Day, 24/7=Heaven) often get split into the wrong artist and title. While the song is playing, open the extension, click the pencil (Edit metadata), fix the artist/title/album, and submit.
  • If the title looks correct and it's still not counted, report it in the ISSUES category, as the song title may need to be mapped on our side.

Last.fm / Stats.fm / Musicat

They are websites and apps that track the music you listen to, a process called scrobbling. They collect your listening data from platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music and others, which lets you see your stats, and lets B-CD verify your streams for missions and rewards.

Go to your B-CD Profile, click Edit Profile, enter your Last.fm / Stats.fm / Musicat username or profile URL in the Music Tracking Service box, and click Save Changes twice.

Go to my Profile
  1. Go to last.fm/about/trackmymusic#spotify
  2. Click Connect next to Spotify.
  3. Log in with your Spotify account and approve access.

Once connected, every song you play on Spotify will automatically scrobble.

Apple Music doesn't scrobble on its own, so you need the Last.fm app:

  1. Download the Last.fm app on your phone or laptop.
  2. Log in and allow access to your music library.
  3. Add the songs to your library. On iPhone, open Settings → Music and turn on "Use Listening History", plus Add Playlist Songs and Add Favorite Songs.

On iPhone, scrobbling is manual: open the app and tap Scan. It only picks up songs saved to your library, so discovering new music through playlists won't register. On desktop, the Last.fm app scrobbles automatically.

If a track refuses to scrobble, check that it is actually added to your library.

Scrobbling is not officially supported by YouTube, but you can use third-party tools such as the Web Scrobbler browser extension or Pano Scrobbler on Android.

For more information, visit the Last.fm scrobbling guide.

Go to the Stats.fm website and simply log in with your Spotify account.

Go to the Stats.fm website and simply log in with your Apple Music account.

Please follow the guide on Stats.fm in case it asks you to import your streaming history.

You cannot connect YouTube Music to Stats.fm for now.

For Last.fm, yes. To see the full list of supported platforms visit last.fm/about/trackmymusic.

For Stats.fm, you can only connect Spotify and Apple Music for now.

No. Only one Last.fm / Stats.fm / Musicat account can be linked to one B-CD account.

No. B-CD reads from one tracking service at a time, and Last.fm / Stats.fm / Musicat each connect to a single streaming account.

If you stream on two platforms (for example Spotify and Apple Music) and want both to count, scrobble them both into the same Last.fm account using a scrobbler (the official Last.fm desktop or mobile app, Pano Scrobbler, or the Web Scrobbler browser extension), and connect that one Last.fm account here.

Go to your Profile, click Edit Profile, remove your tracking service username from the box, and click Save Changes.

This resets your progress for that day, but it will not affect your streak or your photocards. If you want to change tracking services, do it right after mission reset.

Please reconnect your music platform.

  • Last.fm: Settings → Applications → Disconnect under Connected Applications, then Connect again.
  • Stats.fm: Settings → Connections → Disconnect, then Connect again.

Your photocards, days completed and streak all stay. What you lose is the current day's mission progress: the site re-reads your listening history from the new source, and free Stats.fm accounts and fresh Musicat accounts have little or no back history.

Switch right after reset, before you've streamed anything for the day.

Daily Missions

  1. Make sure your Last.fm / Stats.fm / Musicat is connected to your profile.
  2. Go to your Profile to see the missions. They change every day at the mission reset: midnight UTC / 9AM KST.
  3. Listen to the listed songs on your chosen streaming platform, then click the Sync button at the bottom of your profile to pull in your latest streams.
  4. Refresh the page to view your progress.
  5. When you complete all missions for a level, click Claim Your Reward.

You need to claim each level's reward before you can advance to the next one.

Go to my Profile

You can still claim it. Past Level 1 and Level 2 rewards are collected on the Unclaimed page in your Profile (Profile → Unclaimed) and stay there until you claim them. They don't expire.

You can still claim it after reset. Open the Unclaimed page in your Profile (Profile → Unclaimed) and claim your Level 3 reward there, however long ago the day was. This changed. It used to be claim-before-reset only.

This only applies if you actually completed Level 3 and synced before reset. If the streams never synced, the day is recorded as incomplete and there is no reward to claim.

Please listen to a few songs and click Sync. This should automatically fix the issue.

First, check that you've claimed the previous level's reward. You can't advance without claiming.

Otherwise this usually happens during high traffic. Try again later when the site is more stable, or refresh the page / click the refresh button in the daily mission.

If the issue persists:

  • Clear your cache or open the site in Incognito / Private Browsing mode
  • If that doesn't work, try a different browser
  • If the issue continues, try a different device
  • If it still persists, wait a while and come back later

Make sure you clicked "Sync" manually in your Profile and completed before the mission reset (midnight UTC / 9AM KST).

If you clicked "Claim Reward" but don't see the photocard yet, give it some time. It will appear. Also check your Trade History in case it was already traded.

If it still doesn't appear after the next reset, post in Photocard Related Issues under the ISSUES category.

Check my collection

Partly. You can leave the Level 3 reward unclaimed and pick it up later from the Unclaimed page. That's the one people save for a new collection drop.

You cannot save Level 1 and Level 2 and keep streaming, because you can't advance to the next level without claiming the previous one.

No. Daily Mission rewards are a random draw from the collections currently in rotation, and duplicates are possible at every level.

Only Magic Shop Tier 2 (4 cards) and Tier 4 (6 cards) guarantee a card you don't already own.

Album Missions

You can still claim it after reset. Completed Album Missions from previous days are collected on the Unclaimed page in your Profile (Profile → Unclaimed) until you claim them, including albums you finished but never drew a card for. They don't expire, so you can hoard them for the Magic Shop.

If you have a lot saved up, the list loads 50 at a time: use Load more to see the rest, and claim in batches of 50.

Collection selection is not available for unclaimed rewards, so the card will be drawn randomly from that album's pool.

If the album never reached 100% before reset, there's no reward to recover.

You can fill up to 12 album slots per day, and each completed album gives one photocard from that album's collection.

Every Album Mission collection has one rare card, which ARMY call the "7% card" after its draw rate. Some are moving cards, some are lenticular, some look ordinary.

The only ways to get it are to complete that album mission and get lucky on the draw, or to trade for it. 7% cards, and Album Mission cards in general, are not available in the Magic Shop, by design, so that the albums keep getting streamed.

There is no trick or timing that improves the odds.

Yes. The rare card stays in the pool after you've pulled it, so a second copy is possible, just very unlikely.

When a collection is moved into Album Missions, its cards can generally only be drawn by streaming that album, not from games, Daily Missions or the Magic Shop.

The exception is cards that already existed as standalone regular cards before the album mission was created (for example some D-2, Face, Hope World and RPWP cards). Those stay in the regular draw pool, which is why you can still see them come out of a game or Team Mission.

Team Missions

Your Daily Missions also count toward the Team Mission. Every daily mission you complete adds one contribution to the community total: complete eleven, and you contribute eleven.

Once ARMY reaches the day's goal, everyone who personally completed at least 7 daily missions that day can claim the team reward. If you miss a day, you can still claim it later from the Unclaimed page in your Profile. Teamwork makes the dream work 💜

Yes. You no longer need to claim it within 12 hours of reset. Any past day you qualified for shows up on the Unclaimed page in your Profile (Profile → Unclaimed) and can be claimed there, however long ago the day was.

A day qualifies if ARMY reached the team goal and you completed at least 7 of your own daily missions that day.

Check the Unclaimed page in your Profile rather than the Team Mission box: past days you qualified for are collected there, so a card missing from the mission page has usually just moved.

If the day isn't listed, check that you completed at least 7 daily missions that day. Under 7 and you aren't eligible even if ARMY hit the goal.

Special Missions

Special Missions are community goals. ARMY streams together, and every time the community total passes another milestone, a new draw unlocks.

To claim a milestone you also need your own streams: you can claim milestone N once the community has reached milestone N and you personally have enough eligible streams for N. So your claimable number is whichever is lower: the community's progress or yours.

Unlike daily missions, Special Mission streams accumulate continuously and never reset, and there's no daily cap on how many milestones you can claim. The exact stream targets are shown on the mission page.

Only songs credited to the mission's artist. For a BTS mission that means songs where BTS is the credited artist, which includes solo tracks that sit on a BTS album, like Euphoria or Inner Child, but not solo albums or solo singles.

Remixes and instrumentals credited to BTS do count toward Special Mission stream totals, unlike Daily and Album Missions where only the listed version counts.

This happens after a sync correction. If streams were briefly double-counted during an incident, the totals get restored to the real number afterwards, so your count goes down. Milestones you claimed during the glitch stay claimed, but the next one won't unlock until your real stream count catches up.

If your count dropped and there was no incident, report it in the ISSUES category.

Yes. Special Mission milestone rewards don't expire at reset, so you can leave them unclaimed and then claim them in bulk later, for example when a new collection drops. Milestones you haven't drawn yet are also listed on the Unclaimed page in your Profile.

Games & Tasklist

It is a fun game that tests your knowledge of BTS songs. You will hear a one-second clip of a random BTS track and have five chances to guess the title.

If you are unsure, click Skip to hear a longer part of the song. Each skip uses one chance, so use them wisely.

Play Heardle

It is a fun game that tests your knowledge of BTS videos. You will see a pixelated image of a random BTS video and have five chances to guess the title.

If you are unsure, click Skip to see a clearer image. Each skip uses one chance, so use them wisely.

Play Film Out

It's a fun game where you guess a 5-letter word related to BTS. You get seven chances to type a valid 5-letter word and press Enter. After each attempt the tiles change colour to show how close your guess was:

  • Blue: the letter is in the word and in the correct position.
  • Grey: the letter is in the word but in the wrong position.
  • White grey: the letter is not in the word at all.
Play Blue & Grey

It's a fun game where you need to find 4 groups of 4 words each that share something in common. Each game has exactly 4 groups.

How to play:

  • Select 4 words and press "Submit" to check if they form a correct group for the day's game.
  • Find all 4 groups to win!
  • You can make a maximum of 5 incorrect guesses before the game ends.

If you are unsure, use Skip to reveal a hint: it shows the group name and one word from that group.

Play So 4 More

This usually happens because the site wasn't able to submit your game results, often due to high traffic. If you're playing during the game reset period (from midnight KST to a few hours afterward) or at peak times, try again later when the site is more stable. The game stays available for 24 hours.

If you're not playing during the reset period, the photocard will usually land in your collection within a few hours. Wait about 6 hours; if it still hasn't arrived, post in Photocard Related Issues under the ISSUES category.

How fast a card arrives has nothing to do with when you played.

Check my collection

Each game has its own official discussion thread on the forum, and that's where hints and answers are shared. Please keep hints out of the Q/A thread.

It's a BTS-themed to-do list tool that you can use to plan your day, complete your tasks, and receive your certificate and reward.

Try The Great Lock-In

Finishing the individual tasks isn't enough. Scroll back to the top of the page and click the button to complete the day. That's what issues the certificate, the badge and the photocard.

During high traffic the green "complete" button sometimes doesn't render. Refresh and come back in a few minutes.

Open The Great Lock-In

Playlist Generator

Go to b-cd.app/playlist-generator, type in the songs and albums you want to add, set how many times each song should appear, then click Generate.

Pro tip: for focused tracks, set higher minimum appearances, for example 25× Track A, 20× Track B, 15× Track C plus fillers.

Try Playlist Generator

That means the tool has been used a lot within a short time frame. Please wait a little while and try again later.

Streaks & Freezes

Completing Level 1 of the Daily Mission is what keeps your streak alive. You don't need all three levels.

"Days Completed" counts the days you actually finished. "Daily Streak" counts consecutive days, and it's the one that resets when you miss a day.

You earn one Streak Freeze for every 10 Album Missions you complete, counted across your whole time on the site rather than per day.

A freeze is applied to a specific missed day and patches the gap in your streak so the days on either side connect. You can freeze days up to 90 days back. Freezes only apply to Level 1, since Level 1 is what determines whether a day counts.

If you froze several days and your streak went up less than you expected, it's because unfrozen missed days still sitting between your frozen days break the chain: the run only extends back as far as the first unbroken gap.

Your streak and your photocards are safe. What you lose is the current day's mission progress.

The risk is indirect: if you switch mid-day and then can't re-complete Level 1 before reset, that day counts as missed and the streak breaks. Switch right after reset, before you've streamed anything.

If the streams never reached the site before reset, the day is recorded as incomplete and moderators can't retroactively complete it. Use a Streak Freeze on that day to repair the gap.

To avoid it: don't rely on auto-sync. Click Sync manually every 2–3 hours while streaming, and once more before midnight UTC / 9AM KST.

Photocards

A photocard will be automatically added to your collection. You will receive an alert through your notifications.

Check my collection

Check my collection

Check your collection, as it's likely the photocard has already automatically been added. If not, wait 1–2 hours before checking or trying to claim again.

Two kinds of card can't be traded or sent to the Magic Shop:

  • Holographic cards. The duplicate you keep after making one holo is a normal card and can still be traded, so pick the non-holographic copy in the trade screen.
  • Referral-exclusive cards, including the 2019 BTS FESTA collection.

If you're holding a very large number of duplicates (roughly 100+), the picker doesn't load all of them. Use the filters to narrow down to the collection you want, or try again outside peak hours.

Recently-collected cards can also take a while to appear during high traffic.

Collections & Rotation

An out-of-rotation collection is no longer drawn from games, Daily Missions or Special Missions. You can still complete it two ways: pull from the Magic Shop, since out-of-rotation cards remain in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 pool, or trade with other ARMY.

BCD has said out-of-rotation collections are intended to come back at some point, but no date has been given. Some are seasonal and return around the same time each year.

The current rotation is at b-cd.app/collections.

For the detailed breakdown (which collections are limited edition, which are out of rotation, and what the rare cards look like), ARMY maintain a community database.

View collections

Limited editions are Dalmajung, Photo-folio, time-limited collections (Birthday, Halloween, Christmas and similar) and monthly limited collections (BE Moving Edition, Winter Package, Dynamite New Year and so on), plus out-of-rotation cards.

This matters in the Magic Shop: limited editions can only come out of Tier 1 and Tier 2, where the draw is random. They never appear in the Tier 3 / Tier 4 collection picker.

That normally means a collection you'd finished has had new cards added to it, or cards were moved between collections during an update, so it's no longer complete.

Check the collection page: the number of cards you own and the total are shown under the collection name. If the numbers there don't add up either, report it in the ISSUES category.

Magic Shop

You feed duplicate photocards in and redraw a new one. How many you feed in decides what you get:

  • Tier 1 (3 cards): random card from the full pool. Duplicates possible.
  • Tier 2 (4 cards): random card from the full pool, guaranteed to be one you don't own.
  • Tier 3 (5 cards): you pick the collection, the card is random. Duplicates possible.
  • Tier 4 (6 cards): you pick the collection and the card. No duplicate possible.

The full pool in Tiers 1 and 2 includes limited editions and out-of-rotation cards. Tiers 3 and 4 only list collections that are neither limited edition nor already complete for you.

Not available in the Magic Shop at all: Album Mission cards (including 7% cards) and referral cards.

Visit Magic Shop

7 redraws per day. The counter resets at midnight KST. Note this is a different reset from missions, which reset at midnight UTC.

Those are limited editions, so they never appear in the Tier 3 / Tier 4 collection picker. They can only come out of the random Tier 1 and Tier 2 draws.

Tier 2 (4 cards) is the better bet: it's still random, but it can't hand you a card you already own. And the more of your other collections you've completed, the smaller the pool of cards it can give you instead, which is what actually raises your odds.

This is a long-running ARMY theory: redraw at hh:07 for better luck with special cards. It has never been confirmed as a mechanic, so treat it as folklore.

The reliable way to improve your odds is to complete your other collections so the draw pool is smaller, and to use Tier 2 so you can't pull a duplicate.

Only Tier 1 (3 cards), which will give you duplicates. Tiers 2, 3 and 4 need a collection you haven't finished.

Some ARMY use this deliberately to generate out-of-rotation duplicates for trading.

No. Spending duplicates in the Magic Shop has no effect on your streak, your days completed, or your Team Mission contributions, however you originally earned those cards. It's just a trade with the system.

Merging & Holographic Cards

A holographic card is a rainbow-bordered version of a card you own multiple copies of. Tap the card in your collection and choose Merge.

The chance depends on how many copies you merge:

  • 2 copies: 30%
  • 3 copies: 60%
  • 4 copies: 100%, guaranteed

If the merge doesn't produce a holo, the cards are still spent. Merge 4 if you want certainty.

Open my collection

No. Holographic cards can't be traded and can't be used in the Magic Shop.

Normal duplicates of that same card are unaffected. You can trade or spend those, and making a card holo doesn't stop you drawing more copies of it later.

Yes. Lenticular cards can be merged into holos the same way as any other card, and the holographic border shows on both sides of the card.

It's cosmetic. The practical use is clearing out duplicates you can't trade or spend, especially once you've finished most collections.

Otherwise Magic Shop Tier 2 is usually the better use of four duplicates, since it returns a card you don't own.

Four copies is a guaranteed holo, so this is a glitch. Give it a couple of hours. It often corrects itself.

If it doesn't, post in Photocard Related Issues under the ISSUES category with the date and time in KST.

Trading

There are several ways:

  • From the forum: click the red Trade button under someone's @ (or the double-arrow at the top-left of their post on mobile). Cards you don't own appear first, outlined in green. Pick one, then choose a duplicate of yours to offer.
  • From your collection: Photocards → tap a card you have a duplicate of → Trade.
  • From the Trades tab: Initiate Trade → pick a friend or someone you've traded with recently.
  • Via Trade Finder, to find people who have a specific card.

Always read the person's bio or post before offering, as most people list what they'll accept.

Open my collection

Trade Finder shows you who has the card you're after.

  • For a card you don't own: Photocards → View All → open the collection → tap the "?" placeholder.
  • For a duplicate of a card you already own: tap the card → "Find photocard duplicates for trade".

You'll get a list of users holding that card, with their online status. Tap Offer Trade and pick what you're offering. Cards you've searched for are listed under Trade Searches in your collection.

You get 20 distinct card searches per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Searching the same card again the same day is free.

The Telepathy Room is swipe-based trading. You enter the room, write a short note about what you're looking for, and swipe through other members' cards, offering your duplicates as you go.

You get 100 swipes per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Running out doesn't stop you trading: your cards stay visible to others while you're in the room, you keep receiving requests, and normal forum and Trade Finder trading still works.

To change your note, leave the room and re-enter. Leaving the room cancels the telepathy trades you still have pending.

A single card can now be offered to several people at once, and can receive several offers at once. As soon as one trade involving that card is accepted, every other pending trade for it is cancelled automatically.

So an auto-cancel means someone else accepted first, or the card you wanted went elsewhere. It's not a bug. It replaced the old system where one pending trade locked a card up for hours.

The sender offered that same card to more than one person and someone else accepted first, so the request to you was cancelled. You don't get a cancellation notification for this, because you weren't the one who initiated the trade: only the sender does. The notification you already received stays behind.

The other possibility is that the sender left the Telepathy Room, which cancels their pending telepathy trades.

No. Personal trading threads aren't allowed and can result in a forum ban.

Use the official monthly photocard trading thread, which BCD creates fresh each month, or trade directly via Trade Finder and the Telepathy Room.

Referral Program

  1. Go to Profile → Settings and open the Referral tab, then copy your code, link or QR.
  2. Share it. Anyone signing up at b-cd.app/signup can enter it.
  3. They connect a tracking service and complete at least one daily mission (one mission, not a whole level).
  4. You both automatically receive a referral-exclusive photocard.

There are 14 referral-exclusive cards, so you need 14 different people to complete the set. Unlimited people can use your code, and duplicates are possible before you've collected all 14.

The green tick next to a referral in your settings means their tracking account connected successfully.

Get my referral link

The reward isn't instant, so allow up to 24 hours after they complete their first daily mission.

Before reporting it, check that it isn't a self-referral. Referring your own second account is not allowed; flagged referrals get no reward and can have rewards taken back.

If 24 hours have passed and it was a genuine referral, post in Photocard Related Issues under the ISSUES category.

No. Referral-exclusive cards, including the 2019 BTS FESTA collection, can't be traded or used in the Magic Shop. The only way to get them is through the referral program.

Account & Profile

Go to Forgot your password? and enter the email on your account. We'll send you a link to set a new password. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Also double-check that your username is entered correctly. In some cases login issues happen not because of a wrong password but a small typo in the username.

If you still can't get in, post in the ISSUES category with your username. Save your username and password somewhere safe for future reference.

No. Your photocards, streak, missions and streams are tied to the account, not the display name.

Second accounts aren't banned outright, but using one to refer yourself is not allowed: self-referrals get flagged and the rewards are taken back.

Most of these are load-related. Before reporting an issue, try in order:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear your cache and cookies, or open the site in Incognito / Private Browsing
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Try a different device
  5. Wait a while and come back, as peak hours and the periods right after each reset are the worst

If it still fails after all of that, report it in the ISSUES category with your username and the time in KST.

Event rewards are separate from missions, and each has its own submission window and proof requirements, announced on the forum and on X when the event opens. Typically you submit proof (a receipt, an order confirmation, a screenshot) and the photocard is granted after review, which can take some time.

If you bought through a reseller or don't have a standard receipt, submit what you do have (order messages, payment confirmations) and ask in the Miscellaneous thread, where moderators can advise.

Contributing through b-cd.app/lifetime is integrated with the site, so the badge is applied automatically and immediately.

Ko-fi contributions aren't connected to the site, so the badge has to be added by hand and can take a while. If you're a Ko-fi supporter, contact BCD on X with your username.

Other

B-CD is a website, not an app store app. To get an app-like icon, open b-cd.app in your phone's browser and use "Add to Home Screen": the Share menu on iOS, the browser menu on Android.

Streaming counts here when it scrobbles to your tracking service, but it only helps BTS if it also counts on the platform:

  • Never loop a single song or a short playlist: looping gets streams filtered.
  • Vary your playlists and the number of filler tracks between focus songs, so you don't create a detectable pattern.
  • Don't mute, and interact with the app now and then.
  • On Spotify, streams beyond roughly 20 per account, per version, per day stop counting for the charts.

Detailed platform guides live in the Bangtan How-To Guide thread on the forum.
